THE RADIO CANADA / XMAS CHEER BOARD RAFFLE TICKETS ARE 
ON SALE @ 3 /$ 5.00 - PRIZE BEING EITHER A NEW MOBILE SSB RADIO OR $ 250 OF MEATS. LOTS OF EXTRA PRIZES. WE NOW HAVE
36 COMPANIES ON BOARD. WE'LL BE DOING 6 HAMPERS THIS YEAR. LETS MAKE THIS A GREAT YEAR AGAIN. WE'LL NEED VOLUNTEERS 
TO HELP OUT ASSEMBLING + DELIVERING THE HAMPERS. THANKS TO
DOUG – RC 69 WE HAVE A LARGE RAFFLE BARREL. DONATIONS ARE BEING ACCEPTED. EARLY BIRD DRAW AT OCT 14TH SUPPER.

CHECK INS START SEPTEMBER 10 & THEN EVERY SUNDAY EVENING WITH
NO LONG WEEKENDS. WE NEED ANOTHER 2 - 3 BASES INVOLVED.

 RED WINE VINEGAR     1/4 C	  FINE CHOPPED ONION   1 MED
 CLOVE MINCED GARLIC  1 LARGE	  CHILI POWDER         1 t
 SALT                 1/2 t	  GROUND CUMIN         1/4 t
 FLANK STEAK          1 1/2 LB  FRENCH / SOUR DOUGH  1 LOAF
 MEXICAN STYLE SALSA  1 C		  GUACAMOLE            1 C 	

  COMBINE OIL, LIME JUICE, VINEGAR, ONION, GARLIC, CHILI
 POWDER, SALT + CUMIN IN A LARGE GLASS DISH. POUND STEAK
 TO 1/4” THICKNESS + PLACE STEAK IN MARINADE. TURN TO COAT,
 COVER + PLACE IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT TURNING SEVERAL TIMES.   
 DRAIN STEAK + DISCARD MARINADE. GRILL OVER MED / HOT COALS
 4 – 8 MINUTES PER SIDE OR UNTIL DONE. CUT BREAD INTO 1”
 SLICES, TOAST ON GRILL. HEAT SALSA, SLICE STEAK INTO 3/4”
 PIECES + ARRANGE STEAK ON TOAST YOPPING WITH GUACAMOLE +
 SALSA.  SERVES 4 - 6
